This is my first photoshoot, what should I know?
Having your pictures taken can definitely seem intimidating but rest assured, it's a beautiful and fun experience. The most important thing to remember is to be yourself!
What should I wear?
Most importantly, I want you to wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and confident. If you’d like a little guidance, you can never go wrong with neutral tones—they photograph beautifully in almost any setting. I’m happy to help you plan outfits or explore ideas together!
Do you travel?
Absolutely! Locations within a 30 mile radius of Bolingbrook are included. If the location is further, there will be a travel fee.
Can you photoshop my body?
I ONLY edit blemishes!
Do you offer studio sessions?
Happy to say that I now offer sessions in my studio!
Will you store my photos forever?
I highly encourage you to download and back up all of your photos as soon as possible. While I do my best to keep files safe, I’m only able to guarantee storage for up to six (6) months from your gallery delivery date.
Can you help me pose?
Absolutely! This is what I do best! I know it can seem a bit intimidating but rest assured, I won't leave you lost.
When will I receive my pictures?
My turnaround is 4 weeks or less for portrait sessions. Elopements or wedding photos will be 8 weeks or less.
How many pictures will I receive?
This will depend on the package you choose. Please check the investment page!
Can you give me the RAW images?
Many people don’t realize that RAW is actually a file type rather than an unedited photo. What you’re likely referring to are the unedited images, which I don’t provide. I put great care into editing each photo to reflect my style, and I trust that you’ve seen and connected with my work before booking your session!
How far out should I book?
As soon as you're ready, book! It's best to secure the date you need in advance to avoid any inconveniences.
Do you require a deposit?
All packages require a non-refundable 30% retainer fee required to secure the date/session.
Is the retainer fee refundable?
The retainer fee is 100% non-refundable.
What if I have a special request?
I am open to hearing it! If there is something specific you need, we can try and work around it!
Are you insured?
Yes! I can provide a COI per vendors request, if needed.
How can I print my photos?
You can find my print store located in your gallery. Just click "Print Store" and find a wide selection of options. Professional and high quality prints, for you to display proudly!
